The three bite rule is something I challenged myself to do. Only doing one bite isn’t enough to really understand how I feel about it. Usually before I take the first bite, Mr. ARFID is already in my head telling me I won’t like it. I try to think about what Mr. BRAIN is telling me, and that is to give it a fair chance.
