On July 18, 2001 Arlene Theresa Bell disappeared. Arlene was 60 years old at the time of her disappearance. She was Arapaho of the Wind River Reservation. Arlene loved to take long walks and was last seen just blocks from the mobile home in Cheyenne, WY. Her husband Paul Bell Sr. saw her walking along the entrance ramp to Interstate 80.
