These are some of my current non-negotiables when it comes to wellbeing. 🤍😙 They’re not fixed rules I live by forever and they shift and evolve with me. Sometimes I’m in a matcha latte season and give coffee a little rest. Sometimes yoga feels like home and I lean away from high-intensity workouts.
