RED GLOW-UP SMOOTHIE with BEET & BERRIES 🍓 Ingredients: 1 medium beet, chopped 1/2 cup raspberries 1/2 cup strawberries 1/2 cup water (coco water good too) 1/2 cup ice honey (optional) Instructions: Add all ingredients to your blender, starting with ice if using a personal blender jar. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for about 45 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!
