Aloha ka Mahina ‘Ōlelo Hawaiʻi Hawaiʻi is a unique place rich with history and culture, and an aspect of that is ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian language). Weʻre celebrating Mahina ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian language month) with a new video series called Huaʻōlelo ʻo ka Pule (Word of the Week). We know many of you were looking forward to visiting our Mōʻiliʻili Campus today to welcome a new furry family member into your ʻohana, and we understand the disappointment when we had to close our Adoptions Center earlier than planned. The safety of the animals in our care, our staff, our volunteers and every visitor who walks through our doors is always our first priority.
