I learned something about my body recently that I wish more women knew. I was told I have loose connective tissue — for me this is not a disease, not a diagnosis to fear — just the way I’m built. I wish I knew this earlier. Connective tissue is what helps hold everything in place: our joints, muscles, skin, and even our organs. Some people’s tissue is naturally firmer.
