SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA - A Surrey café owned by Indian star Kapil Sharma that was shot at overnight Thursday. Surrey Police and Delta Police Department responded to a call of shots fired in the 8400 block of 120 Street around 1:50 a.m. on Thursday, July 10.
