I started Lexi J Wellness when the world shut down. I knew how much exercise helped my mental health in a time of uncertainty and I felt like I could help give other people that same outlet without the stress of a gym membership, worrying about childcare, figuring out what to do when they got there, etc. It can be vulnerable to get started.
