If you have sourdough discard sitting in the fridge, this is my favorite easy pumpkin bread to use it up. 🎃 It’s super soft, tender, and SO easy to make. It’s just mix and bake! The pumpkin keeps it moist, the discard mixes right into the batter, and you can even add chocolate chips if you want! It’s one of my favorite pumpkin bakes of the season. Grab the recipe link below or find it on my website- AmyBakesBread sourdough pumpkin bread! https://amybakesbread.com/sourdough-pumpkin-bread/ #sourd
