Francis X. "Frank" Gagliano, long one of the nation's top middle distance coaches and a mentor to scores of Olympic and World Championships athletes, died Oct. 25 after a lengthy illness. He was 89.

USATF Championship medals and USATF Running Circuit points will be awarded to the Top 10 men's and women's finishers.

American athletes finishing in the top 10 overall receive prize money from the open purse plus any prize money earned from the American purse.
