SAN JOSE – A man was shot and killed Tuesday morning in San Jose, according to authorities. Officers were called to a residence in the 90 block of Sunset Court just before 4 a.m. for a report of a person shot, San Jose police Sgt. Jorge Garibay said in a news release. They arrived to find the victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
