Rams fans packed SoFi Stadium like never before on Sunday afternoon, showing just how big their game against the Seahawks was.

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold threw a season-worst four interceptions in the club's 21-19 loss to the Los Angeles Rams that dropped the Seahawks to 7-3 on Sunday and resulted in the 8-2 Rams beginning Monday atop the NFC West standings. Following the defeat, Seahawks linebacker Ernest Jones IV offered a passionate defense of Darnold.

“The rush contains him, and he wants to get rid of the ball, and he’s flinching up,” said Rams safety Kam Kinchens, who snagged the first and third interceptions. “He don’t want to get sacked. He’s just trying to get the ball out of his hands, so that’s when I knew there was an opportunity.”

In a league dominated by offense, defense is still the recipe for success. The Rams showed that on Sunday in harassing Sam Darnold into four INTs.
