The Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Department responded to a single-vehicle accident on Thursday, at approximately 8:00 p.m. near the 10000 block of N 32nd Street and Baseline Road.

The actor was arrested at the Mammoth Mountain ski resort on suspicion of public intoxication, District Attorney David Anderson said in a news release.
