Though rockets here launch from NASA's Kennedy Space Center or Cape Canaveral, people from Palm Beach can sometimes see this #SoFlorida phenomenon.

For the first time, restaurants in Broward and Palm Beach counties have earned Michelin stars. The Michelin Guide, which reviews and rates restaurants from around the world, announced in February that it was adding three more Florida cities to its guide this year: Fort Lauderdale, the Palm Beaches and St. Petersburg-Clearwater.

Nine restaurants in The Palm Beaches were honored in the Florida 2025 MICHELIN Guide, with one earning a prestigious one-star rating.
