Less than three years after Nebraska voters approved annual cost-of-living increases to the state's minimum wage, lawmakers moved Wednesday to instead increase the wage by 1.75% per year.

Ukraine's Economy Minister Yulia Svyrydenko confirmed to The Associated Press that the deal was signed in Washington.
