The Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix tasks drivers with surviving 78 of the most difficult laps on the calendar, as they rocket by some of the most iconic scenes in motorsport with walls — and danger — looming around every corner.

A statement from four-time world champion Max Verstappen has prompted an overnight change at the Monaco Grand Prix from his Red Bull Formula 1 team. Formula 1 champion Jenson Button has suggested that lap one at the Monaco Grand Prix could provide spicy strategy decisions from the 20 drivers out on track in Sunday's race.

"Following recent discussions in the F1 Commission, a specific requirement for the Monaco GP has been approved, mandating the use of at least three sets of tyres in the Race, with a minimum of two different tyre compounds to be used if it's a dry race."
