A teen is hospitalized following a subway surfing incident in the Bronx, a week after the MTA launched a campaign against the deadly trend.

A teen subway surfer was critically injured after falling off a train in the tunnel of a Bronx subway station on Monday, police said.

A 14-year-old-boy and two others climbed on top of a Northbound 5 train and were subway surfing when the young man tumbled to the tracks near the Baychester Avenue subway station, cops said.
