I don’t know exactly what happened between Quinshon Judkins and the woman who has filed charges against him. The Browns running back was charged with domestic battery. As cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot reported,

The Fort Lauderdale Police Department released 911 audio from the call made reporting the Cleveland Browns running back for allegedly hitting a woman with whom he had at one time a romantic relationship. The alleged victim in the call admits to not seeking medical attention, but she did tell the officer taking the report that issues existed.

Judkins’s presence at Browns camp isn’t relevant until he’s under contract. If his holdout lingers into late July and August, there’s no reason for the NFL to do anything. Then, if/when he signs the deal, they can activate the paid-leave provision of the Personal Conduct Policy.
