Lando Norris topped the second practice session ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix despite not driving in first practice. The British driver was replaced by rookie Alex Dunne, who performed admirably to set the fourth-quickest time.

Lance Stroll was the only other driver to get within half a second of the McLaren pacesetters, while Charles Leclerc was fifth for Ferrari having also sat out FP1, who took a trip over the gravel at Turn 6 midway through the session.

McLaren development driver Alex Dunne will take part in first practice at the Formula 1 Austrian Grand Prix in place of Lando Norris.
