Giannis Antetokounmpo doesn't involve himself in front-office decisions often but he did speak up against a trade involving Khris Middleton for Jimmy Butler years ago, former Bucks forward John Henson said.

While the Milwaukee Bucks did eventually move on from Khris Middleton, Giannis Antetokounmpo reportedly helped to shoot down at least one blockbuster swap involving the three-time All-Star.

According to ESPN's Ramona Shelburne, Antetokounmpo was "excited" about the Bucks signing Turner to a four-year deal, although she didn't know if Antetokounmpo was aware that move meant the organization was cutting ties with Lillard. Chris Haynes added Tuesday that Antetokounmpo was unhappy with Milwaukee's decision.
