( NewsNation) — A federal judge ruled that a lawsuit claiming Burger King misleads its customers with advertisements that make its Whopper and other products appear larger than they are must move forward.

In a class-action lawsuit, 19 customers accuse fast food giant Burger King of overstating the size of the Whopper in its ads. They say the hamburger appears 35% larger in photos than the actual burger. Ford reported that it has offset $1 billion in tariff-related costs, out of the expected $2.5 billion.
