From new Green Stars to three-star upgrades, the 2025 Northeast Cities reveal marks a milestone moment for East Coast dining.

It was first revealed in May that the Michelin Guide was coming to Boston, and now it's time to see which restaurants made the coveted list.

The Michelin Guide will announce the restaurants included in its Northeast Cities edition on Nov. 18, at a ceremony at Philadelphia’s Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. For the first time, the guide includes Boston and Philadelphia. The other cities in the Northeast category are Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C.

Michelin announced its first North American Guide in 2005 for New York and has since expanded to several more cities in the U.S. and Canada. While it keeps changing, an estimated 15,000 restaurants are part of The Michelin Guide. Boston’s Michelin Guide is available online or via the free Michelin Guide app.

Boston can steal a win if they play well, but limiting transition and the twin punches of Tyrese Maxey and VJ Edgecombe will be key.
