Whether it was hard foul late in the game against the Sun earlier this season or speaking about her thoughts on the WNBA expansion cities, Cunningham isn't afraid to speak her mind. That remained true when she quote tweeted a video of her being elbowed in the head in Tuesday's game against the Sun.

On the NBA side, Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown made an appearance pregame during the Sun’s block party on Canal St. During the game, he sat courtside along with Celtics teammate Georges Niang and a pair of Boston Bruins and Boston Red Sox players.

Caitlin Clark struggled in her first-ever visit to Boston — a performance that didn’t seem to spoil the mood of the fans who filled TD Garden on Tuesday night for a rare WNBA game in the home of the Celtics and Bruins.
