The Rams should have a lot of success on the ground this season with their three-headed monster of Kyren Williams, Blake Corum and Jarquez Hunter. Williams and Corum both had some good runs during practice, as seen on the Saints’ livestream, but Hunter really flashes in this practice.

The New Orleans Saints and Rams have put together one day of joint practice, which will heavily focus on the starters. This will be the Saints' first set of joint practices since the 2023 season.

The Rams won't be playing their starters, but the Chargers will have Justin Herbert and some of their top players on the field Saturday.

Josaiah Stewart, taken in the third round this April, is in a decisive lead for said position amongst Hampton, Brennan Jackson, Keir Thomas, and Jamil Muhammed. Hampton seemed to have the worst performance of the group against Dallas and the former fifth round pick is in danger of not making this team.

The Chargers will play their starters in the upcoming preseason game against the Rams this Saturday. Head coach Jim Harbaugh announced that most of the team's healthy starters, including quarterback Justin Herbert, are expected to play between one and two series. This will mark Herbert's first-ever preseason appearance since joining the league.
