Following the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Martinsville Speedway, everyone was thinking the same thing – what the Hell? Sammy Smith and his actions at the end of the race were awful, but there was more to it than the last lap.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series is on a short track for the first time in 2025 with Saturday's US Marine Corps 250 at Martinsville Speedway. Last week, Kyle Larson's dominant day at Homestead was stymied by a late-race restart and an aggressive move by eventual race winner Justin Allgaier.
