Leeds have signed Switzerland forward Noah Okafor from AC Milan for a reported fee which could rise to £18 million ($24.2m).

Noah Okafor is the latest to join Daniel Farke's side as his move from AC Milan was officially confirmed on Thursday (August 21) after a breakthrough in negotiations earlier this week. The forward's switch to the Premier League club is worth £18m and he has signed a four-year contract at Elland Road.

Leeds United are interested in a move for Milan forward Noah Okafor. There has been no official approach or club-to-club talks at this stage though the 25-year-old is a player that Leeds are looking at in the final weeks of the window.
