Cleveland had a tough time scoring the ball. They were down by 22 in the fourth quarter, but a 14-0 run cut the deficit to six with just over four minutes to play.
Heading into Wednesday, Proctor was averaging 11.3 points while shooting 29 percent from the floor and 30 percent from three. Cleveland drafted Proctor in the second round with the 39th overall pick.
