It’s almost that time when America pauses to salute veterans for their patriotism, service and sacrifice in the name of freedom. Veterans Day, celebrated on Nov. 11 every year, commemorates the signing of the armistice to end World War I on Nov.

Republican Dave McCormick has filed a lawsuit in connection to uncounted provisional ballots in his race against incumbent Democrat Bob Casey. The suit is asking the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia to allow McCormick to make global challenges to large groups of provisional ballots that share the same deficiencies including missing signatures or lack of a secrecy envelope.
