The Android team has announced that the Android Studio Meerkat Feature Drop is now stable, adding several developer productivity enhancements.

Agent Mode is available in the latest Android Studio Narwhal Feature Drop Canary release for all users, with business tier subscribers getting access “in the coming days.

Android's new Canary release channel replaces the Developer Preview, and lets anyone try out the earlier versions of upcoming updates. It's far from risk-free, however.
