President Donald Trump held a rally in Warren, Michigan, to mark 100 days since returning to the White House. Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer welcomed his arrival.

While signing a $70 billion immigration enforcement funding bill, President Trump claimed U.S. forces had secretly moved "millions of barrels of oil" through the Strait of Hormuz, saying the operation helped ease energy price pressures and was carried out without Iran's knowledge.

Brent crude and WTI prices were dropping on Tuesday as Iran and Israel agreed to end direct operations against each other.
