The 109th running of the Indy 500 is on the horizon as the 33 drivers will be racing the hybrid IndyCars around the 2.5-mile oval for the first time.

On Sunday, May 25, the Indy 500 returns to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Indiana, as the sixth round of the 2025 NTT IndyCar Series season. The annual event is expected to bring approximately 350,000 people to the venue, according to a statement from IndyCar and Indianapolis Motor Speedway President J. Douglas Boles.
