South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson will be prosecuting the Salvadoran illegal immigrant accused in the fatal hit-and-run of a USC student.

Nathanial "Nate" G. Baker was killed after being struck on his motorcycle by a truck driven by Rosali Fernandez-Cruz, according to police.

The suspect, who was wanted by ICE, faces multiple charges including hit-and-run resulting in death, and driving without a license.
