Hulu's ad-based subscription is coming to Spectrum TV Select packages as part of a new agreement between The Walt Disney Co. and Charter Communications. In a joint statement, the media giants said that the Hulu subscription will roll out later this summer for TV Select subscribers at no extra charge.

Charter will offer Spectrum TV Select subscribers access to the ad-supported tier of Hulu and is restoring several missing Disney-owned cable networks.

Spectrum TV Select customers will soon get access to Hulu in their subscription as well as return of Freeform, FXX and other cable channels.
