After qualifying for the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs with victories this season at Mexico City, Chicago and Sonoma, Shane van Gisbergen is bidding to join Chase Elliott and Jeff Gordon as the only drivers to win four consecutive races on road or street courses.

Justin Marks, founder of Trackhouse Racing, and Shane van Gisbergen, driver of the No. 88 Trackhouse Racing Chevrolet, met with the media onsite at Watkins Glen International following the announcement of Van Gisbergen's multi-year contract extension.

Shane van Gisbergen's first year as a full-time driver in the NASCAR Cup Series has been nothing short of a resounding success. He's won three of his last eight races and has already qualified for the NASCAR Cup Playoffs in his first full season.
