With the Broncos turning to Palczewski instead of Matt Peart, Frank Crum, or someone else, they make their pecking order clear. Palczewski is the backup right tackle, at least for now, despite the talk that they prefer him as a guard, which began during last year's training camp.
Another leader on the defense is Jonathon Cooper. The Broncos leading the NFL in sacks last year but also Jonathon says that there is always room for improvement, but off the field as a leader as well.

Entering the 2025 NFL season with one of the older rosters in the NFL, the Broncos have set themselves up to extend their playoff window. Sutton, who returns as Nix’s top target, is one of the elder statesmen on the offense, and his veteran presence makes up for a wide receiver group that isn’t super deep.
