Darnold put together his best seasons as a quarterback with the Vikings. He threw for 35 touchdowns and 12 interceptions while amassing 4319 yards on a 66 percent completion percentage. All of that paints a sparkling picture, but the last two games of the season likely tanked Darnold’s value.

If he is traded, the Rams are looking for a first-round pick, Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reported. That will likely shrink the amount of teams interested, but if there is the right mix of urgency and need, then Stafford could be dealt to somewhere else other than the Rams.
