Even though Minkah Fitzpatrick made the Pro Bowl in four of his five full seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the club's decision to trade for Jalen Ramsey on Monday was in an attempt to keep up with the rest of the AFC North.

Former Alabama standout safety Minkah Fitzpatrick has been traded from the Pittsburgh Steelers to the Miami Dolphins, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Back in 2019, the Steelers made the rare move to part ways with a first round pick. In return, the team received Minkah Fitzpatrick. All he went on to do was go on a four-year run between the 2019 and 2022 NFL seasons, where he looked like the best safety in the league.
