Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are gearing up for their multimillion-dollar wedding that is reportedly set to take place this year. Sanchez, a former journalist, and the Amazon billionaire are coasting on two years as being engaged.

The City of Venicesaid only 200 guests would be invited, a number easily accommodated without any disruption to the city, its residents and visitors.

"The many speculations and fake news circulating about Jeff Bezos' wedding are completely unfounded," the city of Venice said in a statement.
