New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson wasn't always a superstar at the NBA level. The No. 33 pick in the 2018 NBA Draft spent four years with the Dallas Mavericks, showing star potential. It wasn't until Brunson left the Mavericks for the Knicks in free agency before the 2022-23 season that he made that star-level leap.
According to a report from longtime NBA reporter Gery Woelfel, New York is preparing to make a "tsunami-type offer" to trade for Antetokounmpo. In addition, the Knicks may be trying to bring in a favorite of the superstar forward to be their new head coach.
And, another one has emerged, although this one is currently a head coach in the NBA: Jason Kidd. As it turns out, the Knicks are expected to request permission to interview the current Dallas Mavericks coach, per NBA insider Marc Stein.
Jason Kidd, Dallas Mavericks head coach, faces uncertainty. A Luka Doncic trade and internal conflicts fuel rumors. Kidd may join the New York Knicks.
