Donald Trump changed his surgeon general pick, setting aside a nominee who backed COVID masking and social distancing after Laura Loomer post.

Casey Means was previously considered for a spot in the Food and Drug Administration and is a well-known ally of RFK Jr., along with her brother Calley.
