Former Texas receiver Isaiah Bond will not face criminal charges stemming from his April arrest and announced Thursday he's signing with the Cleveland Browns.

Isaiah Bond, the former Texas and Alabama wide receiver who went undrafted after being arrested on an outstanding sexual assault warrant, was no-billed and no longer faces criminal charges, his agent, Damien Butler, told ESPN's Adam Schefter .

Isaiah Bond is ready to join the Browns after his sexual assault case was dropped, but the NFL is still investigating it.
