Gary Day, the man who was arrested for kidnapping a pregnant Beaver Dam teenager, pleaded not guilty to a pair of misdemeanor charges in a Nebraska courtroom Friday.

A pregnant teen believed to have been abducted by the father of her unborn child has reportedly been found and is safe.

After missing for more than two months, officials say Sophia Franklin has been found safe and the 40-year-old man she was supposedly with, Gary Day, has been arrested. Franklin was 16-years-old when she was reported missing on February 3rd by her family. She was spotted on security video leaving her home the day prior.

An AMBER Alert was issued in several states for the girl, who was found with the 40-year-old father of her child, police said.
