The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for Cleburne County, Ala ., Newton, Rockdale and Walton Counties. Parts of Cleburne County have already received 5-7 inches of rain with an additional 1-2 inches possible, Deon says.

The watch was issued for Grande Ronde Valley, Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon, Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon, John Day Basin, Ochoco-John Day Highlands, East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades and Central Oregon as well as Wallowa County.

NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. — A Flash Flood Warning was issued Sunday morning for three counties east of Atlanta, as a Flood Watch is in place for much of the rest of the region. The warning applies to Newton, Rockdale and Walton counties and will be in place until 2:15 p.m. ET.
